Where can I have a consultation?

Do I need a referral letter from my GP?
No, not for cosmetic surgery. However, after you have a consultation with Mr West he may write to your GP to update them on the planned treatment, and to enquire of the GP if you have any medical problems that may affect your treatment.
If you are using your health insurance for this consultation your insurance company may require a GP referral letter.
Do I have to pay for the initial consultation?
For advice about cosmetic procedures the initial consultation is free of charge and free of any obligation. Mr West will not pressure you to have an operation. If you are happy with Mr West’s advice and wish to proceed with cosmetic surgery, a second planning consultation is required which involves a charge.
For a specialist opinion and advice regarding any non-cosmetic conditions, such as disorders of the hand and arm, or regarding skin cancer treatment, there will be a £150 charge for the initial consultation. Often this charge is covered by health insurance.
